When you have a loved one with special needs or a disability, one of the biggest concerns is to ensure that any funds they receive does not impact their governmental assistance or benefits. Whether your loved one receives an inheritance from an estate, settlement from a lawsuit or other lump sum, our office ensures that their benefits are protected.

One of the methods we use to preserve the assets of someone with special needs is to create a Special needs Trust. A Supplemental Needs Trust both preserves governmental benefits and ensures that any funds deposited into the trust can be used to support the disabled person.
